We also receive health and activity data from connected wearables (for example, Apple Watch, Oura, Fitbit, Garmin, or WHOOP) when you authorize the connection, including steps, heart rate, sleep, and HRV. Finally, we collect the daily check-ins and responses you submit in the app.

We use your information to deliver the Summer Shred program, personalize recommendations, track study outcomes, improve our services, and communicate with you about the program. We may also use de-identified or aggregated data for research and product development.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the app and run the study, and when required by law or to protect our rights. Any research use of study data is de-identified and aggregated.

You can disconnect your wearable, update your account information, or stop participating in the study at any time through the app settings. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. De-identified and aggregated data may be kept longer for research purposes.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Reputable app and Summer Shred program are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
